Guus and Lee are the owners of The Malasag House and are willing to share this beautiful venue with its stunning view with selected guests. Especially Guus was interested in sharing it with other people from the moment he was considering buying it. Main reason was that especially the view is too special not to share with other people. Secondary reason is also he likes people to come over to socialize, even though he's not always that sociable. Third reason seemed to be the most important and still is an issue: in order to stay here of course money is needed, especially to maintain and improve the house. The Malasag House really deserves this, so yes, we would require guests to pay when they want to use our Bed & Breakfast option. Room rate for two people is PHP 3,000.00 a night, including a large breakfast. If you let us know ahead what type of breakfast you like we can accommodate you in many ways. If required, we can also prepare lunch and dinner for you, but please also let us know ahead if you want to avail of that.

Please note that The Malasag House is basically our home that we're willing to share with selected guests. We certainly don't run it as a hotel, but we do our best to make you comfortable and feel welcome. Of course the last could be a big advantage by sharing 'us' and 'our home' if you like that type of stay, but depending on our mood and necessity to work we may or not be 'sociable' or entertaining: we're not a hotel where it's the staff's job to be 'friendly', but we'll be there for you!
